EMS shipping offer for all orders! Tracking & insurance* included.
SAL/small packet may be used if the goods can be packed in a certain sized package.

* In the event of a broken item, the insurance included requires that both the sender (SOU) and the recipient(you) submit a damage report to the local post office. If either party
doesn’t submit, the insurance becomes invalid.
COMBINED SHIPPING
All purchases to the same address are combined into one box upon payment.
Weight and size limits vary by country, so some exceptions to this process may apply.
Handling charge per auction item will always be required. (Non-refundable)
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Items will be sent to the address you specify in PayPal when you make your payment.
If the address chosen is different from your usual one, please leave a memo in PayPal informing us of this fact.
* Requests to change the shipping address after a parcel has been sent to the Osaka International Post Office will incur a return postage fee.
PAYMENT METHOD
Orders are processed as soon as they are paid.
Changing after the payment confirmed is quite complicated, so please ensure everything is correct when you pay.
PAYMENT DUE
Please make payment within 7 days of your purchase or auction win.
eBay automatically opens unpaid item cases after 16 days. These cannot be turned off.
Items will be cancelled and put back up for sale if the unpaid case closes without payment.
We reserve the right to manually open unpaid cases at any time after the 7-day period above.
CUSTOMS & TAXES
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price, and these charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
We cannot change the value of the products on the customs declaration form.
Also, purchased products cannot be separated into different boxes in order to lower or evade taxes.
As for items that were returned to us after a failed delivery, if it is clear that the customer has no intention to
receive the item, we reserve the right to refuse to reship the item.

CONDITION

HOLDING ITEMS
Items can be held for up to 7 days (including weekends) from the date of purchase or auction win.
We cannot hold items that

have already been packed/shipped, or
(b)
you have not purchased/won yet.
TRACK & TRACE
Tracking numbers are provided in notification e-mails to your webmail address at the time of shipment.
Please check that the webmail address registered in your eBay profile is valid and correct.
Check the delivery status of your order at Japan Post official site and/or your country’s postal service website.
LATE DELIVERIES
Please remember that the delivery times stated above are estimates only.
Customs issues, weather/traffic conditions, postal strikes, and other factors can all contribute to delays.
