Offered here is the ACTUAL MATCH POINT TENNIS BALL used during the
Nicholas Almagro vs. Radek Stepanek
1st round match at the 2012 US Open.  Almagro won the match, played on Court 17 on August 28, 2012 – 6-4, 6-7, 6-3, 6-4.  The ball was collected by the officials on court after the final point and immediately authenticated by a MeiGray Group representative after the match, where it was marked by MGG using synthetic DNA and given an individually serial-numbered hologram
This match-used ball is registered into the MeiGray Group Authentication Program as number USTA 08270.
